At Maru's age, climbing might become a bit difficult. To ease the risk of slipping as he tries to climb onto the swing, try lowering it a little more. He obviously loves his swing! As animals and humans age, muscular strength and flexibility decrease so it isn't a sign of laziness or lack of care. He is just aging, happily on his swing. I would also suggest having a veterinarian examine his hips. He seemed a little unsteady on his right leg, not able to push up onto the swing as he normally does. He used his left fairly well though.
